Breakers Day at UCSD

We have scheduled next Friday as the Breakers day at UCSD! Some of the same UCSD Women’s Soccer players helped run a clinic for our girls players in the summer will be playing against CSU Los Angeles in a grudge match. Women play at 4:30, and the men will play immediately afterward at 7:00.
  • UCSD Assistant Coach Kristen Jones is a former Breaker
  • CSULA All-American Liz Franco is a former Breaker!
  • CSULA Men’s player Jose Aguillon is a former Breaker!
Admission is FREE & our GU12 team will be acting as ball carriers.
GU11 Black Wins La Jolla Labor Day Classic



CONGRATULATIONS again to our GU11 Black team for winning their 4th championship of the summer. 4 out of 6 tournaments is fantastic work.

BU14 Black Wins 2010 Dave Shelton Cup



Our Breakers BU14 Black faced the current Nevada State Cup Champions Neusport FC B14 Green from Las Vegas and earned a hard-fought 2-1 victory to take the 2010 Dave Shelton Memorial Tournament Championship!

GU19 Wins 2010 Dave Shelton Cup



Our GU19 team went undefeated in bracket play with a 3-0 win over Valley Center Hurricanes, 1-0 win against FC Heat Blue, and 1-0 win against FC Heat Black. In the final, they met again with FC Heat Black.

GU13 Blue Wins 2010 Dave Shelton Cup



Martin Ibarra led GU13 Blue to its first championship. This is a new team so it is great to see. The team had a great tournament and went undefeated in their bracket, scoring 20 goals and conceding only 3.

The team won the championship with an amazing score of 5-0 against the very talented San Elijo FC.

GU11 Black Wins 2010 Dave Shelton Cup



Oceanside Breakers GU11 Black won their 3rd championship of the summer at The Dave Shelton Memorial Cup in Escondido.

The team played a terrific tournament not allowing a single goal & scoring a total of 12 goals.

GU9 Wins 2010 Dave Shelton Cup



Oceanside Breakers GU9 won their 1st championship as a team at The Dave Shelton Memorial Cup in Escondido. This is a very happy moment for this girls as they have worked very hard in the past few months. The team is very excited about this championship, they went undefeated thru the tournament & they are now looking forward to the start of the season.

GU11 Black Wins 2010 Encinitas Rotary Cup



Congratulations to our GU11 Black team coached by Gino Rossi & Lance Gill.  The team went undefeated on bracket play on their way to winning the championship in Penalty Kicks this past weekend.

GU14 team coached by Luis Casillas and Chip Brust won the San Diego Open on 7-25-10. They compiled a record of 4 wins against 1 loss. They scored 17 goals while only conceding 5.
