BU11Black Team capture our 6th Championship of the season

I promise this will be the last announcement of the day, but I wanted to keep this one until last!!!
I am proud to announce that our Breakers BU11Black team this past weekend secured first place in their Presidio bracket, and the Club's 6th League Title of the season!!!!
Even more amazing is that by taking this Championship the boys have earned an entitlement to play at the Premier level in Presidio League play next year. This is the earliest a team can achieve Premier status and our boys did it!!!!
This remarkable team is led by Coach Bert Gutierrez (Head Coach) and Ed Burns (Asst. Coach), and have an undefeated season (with one game to go) playing record of 13 wins, 2 ties, and zero losses, scoring 25 goals, with only 5 scored against them. They should also be very proud of their disciplinary record, accumulating not a solitary red or yellow card all season
Many of these boys have been together since U8 and, with some great player additions, have steadily progressed to be one of the best teams in the region. This team has a very talented squad of boys, playing some very technical and advanced soccer for their age. The parents of these players are to be thanked for trusting us with their child's soccer development.
This team plays it's final game at Mance this weekend at 9.00am on Field #3. Please take the time to go watch this special team play and congratulate them on their well deserved Championship. We wish you well in State Cup.
