GRADE 8 ENTRY LEVEL REFEREE CLASS

Dates and Times:
Our next Class will be in January 2011.Please check back for details

Youth referees should never be put into a position where they have to argue their decisions with a parent, coach or spectator.  If at half time or after a game you are confronted in what you to perceive to be hostile, walk away and find a board member immediately.  Do not argue with them.  Write up a report and send it to me.  We all know that referees make mistakes, your mistakes are human and to be expected but are not reason for hostility, plus you never want to argue in front of the children.  If you encounter any spectator, parent or coach that requires a send off during a game, do so and do it quickly without further discussion.  Order the send off then don't say another word and do not restart the game until the individual is out of sight out of sound then continue with the games without stopping the game clock.  If anyone has a question regarding this contact me.
